How did you feel this morning when you woke up?
Were you excited for the day or week ahead or did you drag yourself out of bed with that knot in your stomach because you had to go to work?
I’ve been there, I’ve felt that, but you know what? I don’t know when or why that started.
If I think back, it was just something I heard repeatedly and accepted from a young age. Your parents might have dreaded the Monday morning ritual of getting kids off to school, certainly as I got into the latter years of school, I dreaded the Start of the school week, but again, was that my choice? Possibly
But do we still need that learnt mindset? I don’t. I changed my mindset and the difference is amazing.
I now look forward to Monday’s, it’s my favourite day of the week.
Because I DECIDED, to take the power back and turn it something POSITIVE.
Monday is now the day where I decide what I’m going to focus on for the week, I focus on what I want, how I’m going to achieve it and am really clear on why I want that.
For instance, this week I have a beautiful group of women who are doing my 5 day challenge. So my focus this week is to open myself up to create and guide these beautiful babes into believing in themselves and creating new belief systems around who they are and what they deserve.
I mean, how lucky am I? I get to watch people change their lives. Life is good.
So, get clear on what you want and why you want it, then go get it.
